Rather than purchasing a package with predefined booking limits, this service provides a substantial allocation of planning and concierge support, allowing us to coordinate more complex stays, multiple suppliers, changing requirements and a higher level of guest involvement.
What’s Included?
Your package includes 10 hours of consultation, planning and approvals, together with 20 hours of pre-arrival concierge support.
Support may include restaurant recommendations and reservations, transfers and logistics, ski lessons, guiding, experiences, non-ski activities, supplier liaison, booking management and coordination across multiple services and providers.
We’ll set up your itinerary app and upload relevant bookings, reservations and arrangements, helping keep key information organised and easily accessible.
A private WhatsApp group for up to 4 guests is included, providing a direct channel for planning discussions, updates and coordination throughout the planning process.
To ensure efficient communication and avoid conflicting instructions, a single lead guest is required for confirmations, approvals and final decisions.
