Your experience starts before you arrive. We offer impartial advice, personalised research, and thoughtfully curated recommendations to ensure everything is perfectly arranged by the time you reach Verbier.

For bookings and app access, please upgrade to a full itinerary or hourly concierge service.

Hotel & Chalet Search

CHF 360 starter fee + CHF 180/hour
(CHF 160/hour when booked in blocks of 5 hours)

An independent, unbiased search with availability checks and tailored recommendations.
The starter fee includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Written report

  • Up to 2 hours of search time

Most searches require approximately 2–3 hours.

Small Concierge Assistance

(Bookings only — no advisory services)

Simple Bookings (restaurants, spa appointments)

  • CHF 120 per booking

  • CHF 80 per amendment

Complex Bookings (ski rental, ski lessons, florists, transport)

  • From CHF 180 per booking when all details are provided upfront

  • CHF 300+ per booking for more involved requests

  • CHF 80 per amendment

Multi-step requests are billed at CHF 180/hour (or CHF 160/hour for blocks of 5). All costs are confirmed before proceeding.

Includes:

  • Bespoke, senior-level consultancy

  • Up to 10 hours of initial planning, discussions, and approvals

  • Up to 20 hours of pre-arrival services, including:

    • Bookings and amendments

    • Client management

    • App upload time

    • Restaurant and bar recommendations

    • Transfers

    • Ski or hiking lessons

    • Luxury experiences and non-ski activities

  • Private WhatsApp group for up to 4 group members

  • Dedicated itinerary app setup
