Exclusive Alpine Itinerary App

– We provide tailored itineraries for day trips, individual experiences, in-town lunches and dinners, panoramic flights, whole trips and a lot more

– Our itineraries take a long time to put together; we don’t just pick up the phone and book you somewhere then it’s done

– We plan from start to finish, give insider insight to each place on the itinerary, add images, menu suggestions and are also available to make last-minute edits for any changes you require, so you have everything up to date on your phone for when you need it

– We include the address, the time of the booking, background insider information, images, details on how to get there, and any other tips and pointers that will be helpful for you and your team

Hotel & Chalet Search – CHF 360 starter fee + CHF 180/hr (CHF 160/hr in blocks of 5)
– Independent, impartial search with availability checks and tailored recommendations. Starter fee includes consultation, report and up to 2 hours search time. (Most searches take around 2-3 hours)

Small Concierge Help (Bookings only – no advice)

– Simple bookings (restaurants, spa): CHF 120 each booking, CHF 80 each change
– Complex bookings (ski rental, ski lessons, florist, transport): CHF 180 if client provides all info up front, to CHF 300+ per booking. CHF 80 each change
(If multi-step, billed at CHF 180/hr or 160/hr if blocks of 5. Confirmed before proceeding)

Daily Concierge Services (In-Resort)

Once in resort, our concierge presence ensures you feel supported without intrusion. From WhatsApp assistance to discreet accompaniment, we are there when you need us — and invisible when you don’t. FULL payment required upfront.

Remote Concierge Half Day Pass – CHF 400/day (8:30–17:00)
• (Up to 4 hrs) WhatsApp support inc cancellations & changes, reservations, recommendations, transfers. Evening surcharge: +CHF 100 (18:00–21:30). *Clients will automatically be upgraded to Plus or Premium Tier if more support is required.

Above & Beyond Concierge (PLUS Tier) – CHF 900/day (8:30–21:30)
• (Up to 8 hours) WhatsApp support inc cancellations & changes, plus personal presence in resort if required for accompanying clients for errands, ski lesson drop-offs, finding meeting points. Discreet, purposeful support — we step in only when needed. Ideal for first-day arrivals. Evening surcharge: +CHF 100 after 18:30.

Above & Beyond Concierge (PREMIUM PLUS Tier) – CHF 1200/day (08:30– 22.00)

• Full Time Dedicated Concierge on call or in person in resort.

Hourly Concierge Errands – CHF 120/hr (min 2 hrs)
• Grocery shopping, ski lift tickets, simple errands. Advance warning required. Food costs prepaid or via SumUp (+5% fee).

Piste Familiarisation Ski Concierge – no day pass, plus or premium included
• Half Day (3 hrs): CHF 400 — 09:30–12:30
• Full Day (6 hrs + lunch): CHF 700 + cost of lunch — 09:30–16:30 Concierge accompanies clients on the mountain for orientation, lift navigation, and slope familiarization, same day lunch bookings. Perfect for newcomers or groups wanting a smooth start.

Because every detail matters, we offer flexible add-ons to refine your experience — from nightlife bookings to wine list coordination.

• Après-ski tables/nightlife bookings – CHF 180–300+ (a surcharge for last minute/late night requests will be added to the bill)

Terms & Conditions

Transparency is part of our ethos. All fees are clear, all arrangements confirmed in advance, receipts provided for shopping prices. Your trust is our foundation.

• All fees must be paid before work begins
• Planning time: CHF 1800 CHFs for 1st 10 hours, then CHF 160/hr in blocks of 5 or 180 for each individual hour
• 5% processing fee on third-party bookings
• Chef bookings over CHF 1,800 incur 10% commission
• Bookings confirmed only after payment received
• Cancellation fees remain client’s responsibility
• For grocery purchases, cost price + 5%
• Requirement: 1 point of client contact with availability for CC confirmation code delivery
