What’s Included

This package combines destination guidance with support arranging up to two elements of your stay and a simple booking summary.

We will discuss your requirements, help identify suitable options, provide recommendations where appropriate and arrange up to two booking requests on your behalf.

Examples may include ski lessons, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, childcare, spa treatments or other services relevant to your stay.

Suitable For

Guests who already have a good idea of what they need but would benefit from local advice before making arrangements.

Typical examples might include selecting the right ski school, choosing between transfer options, deciding which childcare provider best suits your family, or choosing a restaurant before requesting a reservation.

Looking For Something Simpler?

If you already know exactly what you need and simply require us to arrange a booking, standalone booking support is also available.

Restaurant reservations, ski lessons, airport transfers, childcare, spa bookings and other booking requests can be arranged from CHF 180, subject to our minimum engagement fee.

Standalone booking support focuses on arranging a specific request and does not include destination guidance, recommendations, consultation time or discussion of available options.

What Is Not Included?

This package does not include accommodation searches, itinerary creation, itinerary app setup, ongoing concierge support, detailed stay planning, extensive amendments, guest liaison services or coordination of multiple aspects of a stay.

Need More Than One Or Two Arrangements?

If you require assistance with multiple bookings, recommendations, supplier coordination or several aspects of your stay, you may be better suited to one of our more comprehensive planning and concierge packages.

These are designed for guests who require support coordinating multiple elements of their stay, whether that involves accommodation searches, transfers, ski lessons, dining, childcare, activities, itinerary planning or ongoing concierge assistance.

Upgrade Credit

Should you proceed with a larger planning, itinerary or concierge package within 7 days, the CHF 399 fee will be credited against your upgraded service.

This allows guests to begin with a smaller package before deciding whether additional support may be beneficial.

In reality, recommendations often involve discussing options, understanding requirements, identifying suitable suppliers, checking availability, managing communications and coordinating arrangements.
