This consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your upcoming stay, gain an initial understanding of the resort and identify where local expertise, planning support, concierge services, ski instruction, local experiences, accommodation searches or in-resort assistance may be beneficial.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time, returning after many years away or considering a longer-term connection to the area, this session helps clarify your priorities and determine which services, experiences and support options may be most relevant to your stay.
Many guests use this consultation as a starting point before deciding whether they require accommodation search services, booking support, itinerary planning, ski lessons, local experiences or ongoing concierge assistance.
What’s Included
The consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and includes an initial destination orientation, a discussion of your plans and priorities, guidance on the services most relevant to your stay and, if required, a brief follow-up email summarising key discussion points.
Who Is This For?
This service is well suited to first-time visitors, guests considering a future visit, new property owners in the resort and anyone unsure what level of support they may require.
Looking For Something More Practical?
If you already know what you need and simply require assistance making arrangements, you may not need a destination consultation.
Restaurant reservations, ski lessons, airport transfers, childcare, spa bookings and other booking requests can be arranged separately. Booking support services start from CHF 180 and are subject to a minimum engagement fee.
This consultation is intended for guests seeking an initial orientation and guidance before deciding which level of support is most appropriate for their stay.
What Is Not Included?
This consultation does not include accommodation searches, supplier sourcing, reservations, booking management, detailed recommendation lists, itinerary creation, app setup, ongoing concierge support or further consultations.
Upgrade Credit
Should you proceed with an accommodation search, booking support, itinerary planning or concierge package within seven days of your consultation, the CHF 299 consultation fee will be credited against your upgraded service.
This allows guests to begin with an initial conversation before deciding on the level of support best suited to their stay.
