What’s Included?
Your package includes up to 10 hours of planning, coordination and support prior to arrival.
We can assist with supplier liaison, booking management, itinerary refinements, recommendations, logistics, reservation coordination and practical planning support across multiple aspects of your stay.
We’ll also set up your itinerary app and upload relevant bookings and arrangements where appropriate.
A private WhatsApp group for up to 2 guests is included, providing a convenient channel for planning discussions and coordination throughout the pre-arrival process.
To ensure efficient communication and avoid conflicting instructions, a single lead guest is required for approvals, confirmations and decision-making.
