This package is ideal for families, longer stays, special occasions and guests who would like a more developed programme without the stress of managing the details themselves.

Compared with the Flexible Itinerary package, this option includes additional dining reservations and greater flexibility to refine plans as your stay evolves.

What’s Included?

Your package includes a personalised itinerary tailored to your group, travel dates, interests and priorities.

We’ll arrange up to 7 restaurant reservations and up to 2 activity or experience bookings, helping create a more complete programme across your stay.

We’ll also set up your itinerary app, upload your itinerary and provide up to 4 itinerary amendments prior to arrival, allowing greater flexibility should plans change.

This package is suitable for up to 6 guests travelling together. To ensure efficient communication and avoid conflicting instructions, one lead guest must be nominated for all communication, approvals, feedback and amendments.

Ideal for guests seeking ongoing planning support, supplier coordination and a significantly more personalised level of assistance throughout the planning process.

This package is particularly popular with families, multi-generational groups, guests celebrating special occasions and visitors staying for longer periods.

It is also well suited to guests who want a more refined level of planning support than the Flexible Itinerary package provides.

What Is Not Included?

This package does not include unlimited itinerary revisions, ongoing concierge support, direct guest management, supplier negotiation for multiple guests or continuous planning support throughout the booking process.

Should you require a more personalised and ongoing level of assistance, a larger package may be more appropriate.
