Terms & Conditions

Transparency is part of our ethos. All fees are clear, all arrangements confirmed in advance, receipts provided for shopping prices. Your trust is our foundation.

• All fees must be paid before work begins
• Planning time: CHF 1800 CHFs for 1st 10 hours, then CHF 160/hr in blocks of 5 or 180 for each individual hour
• 5% processing fee on third-party bookings
• Chef bookings over CHF 1,800 incur 10% commission
• Bookings confirmed only after payment received
• Cancellation fees remain client’s responsibility
• For grocery purchases, cost price + 5%
• Requirement: 1 point of client contact with availability for CC confirmation code delivery

 

Our planning fee covers pre-arrival arrangements only. If unforeseen requests, guest queries, or additional concierge services arise during your stay, an in-resort support fee will apply. This fee is charged at our published daily or half-day rate and must be settled immediately, and no later than before departure from the resort.

Failure to settle in-resort fees promptly will incur significant penalties, including interest charges and potential legal recovery costs. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.
