Important Pricing Information

The price shown covers one day of concierge support.

Your package includes up to 4 hours of concierge support, which may be used flexibly throughout the day as required.

Support is available between 08:30 and 17:00.

For guests who would like access to support later in the day, the support window can be extended until 20:00 for an additional CHF 100.

This can be particularly useful for same-day changes to existing arrangements, transport delays, activity adjustments or restaurant reservations that have already been arranged.

Please note that extending the support window does not increase the number of concierge hours included. The package continues to include a maximum of 4 hours of concierge support, which may be distributed throughout the day and evening.

Support hours include all time spent working on your behalf, whether visible to you or not.

This includes recommendations, supplier liaison, communications, transfer coordination, troubleshooting, practical assistance and problem-solving throughout your stay.
