This service is particularly well suited to arrival days, first days in resort, families, homeowners hosting guests and visitors who would benefit from having a trusted local helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Whether you’re collecting lift passes, finding your way around the resort, coordinating ski school meeting points, managing activity timings or adapting plans throughout the day, we’ll help ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
This package combines remote support with occasional in-person assistance, providing a practical and flexible level of concierge support throughout the day.
Important Pricing Information
The price shown covers one day of concierge support.
Your package includes up to 8 hours of concierge support, which may be used throughout the day as required.
Support is available between 08:30 and 18:00.
Please note that support is a combination of remote concierge assistance and occasional in-person support where required. It is not a dedicated full-time in-person concierge service throughout the day.

Why Is There A Fee?
Support hours include all time spent working on your behalf, whether visible to you or not.
This includes supplier liaison, guest communication, transfer coordination, practical assistance, activity coordination, recommendations, troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the day.
Our role is to help your stay run smoothly whilst providing the confidence and convenience of having experienced local support available when needed.
