Support hours include all time spent working on your behalf, whether visible to you or not. Terms & Conditions
Transparency is part of our ethos. Fees, inclusions and charges will always be confirmed before work begins, allowing you to make informed decisions with confidence.
- Full payment is required before work commences
- Concierge support, planning and consultancy services are delivered according to the package selected or agreed scope of work. Requests falling outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed in advance
- Additional concierge support is charged at CHF 180/hour or CHF 160/hour when purchased in blocks of 10 hours
- Support hours include all time spent working on your behalf, whether visible to you or not, including guest communications, supplier liaison, booking management, changes, confirmations and coordination
- A single designated point of contact is required for all bookings, approvals and payment confirmations
- Third-party bookings and purchases may be subject to a 5% processing fee
- Chef bookings exceeding CHF 1,800 incur a 10% coordination commission
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received
- Supplier cancellation policies remain the responsibility of the client
- Grocery purchases are charged at cost plus 5%, with shopping and delivery time charged at CHF 120/hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and payment approval where required
